BELMOND, Iowa Dec. 11.—Funeral service were held Monday morning at St. Francis church at 9 o'clock for Thomas Parker. The St. Francis choir sang the Requiem High Mass. Father Malloy officiated at the services. Mr. Parker died at the age of 86 at his home in north Belmond Thursday morning after a short illness. He is survived by five sons, a brother and sister, besides nieces and nephews. Burial was in St. Francis cemetery.
