Dorothy Jean Draper Brandrup was born September 25, 1918 in Webster City, Iowa and died December 26, 1993 in Ames, Iowa. In 1939, she married Gale K. Brandrup at Princeton, MO. Mrs. Brandrup worked at Northwest Bell in Webster City as an operator and later at the Eagle Grove Telephone Co. In 1958 they moved to Fort Dodge where she worked for Centel Telephone Co., as a service representative, retiring in 1983. Survived by: her husband, Gale; one daughter, Judy Jamieson, Fort Dodge; one son, Jack Brandrup, Portland, Ore.; 8 grandchildren; 3 g-grandchildren; one brother, Keith Draper, Webster City; and one sister, Barbara Cayler, Waterloo. Burial in Graceland Cemetery, Webster City.
