Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Celebration Lutheran Church in Sartell for Sarah Jean Fitzthum, age 25, of Fargo, ND and formerly of Sartell, MN, who died accidentally on Tuesday, January 20th. Pastors Tom Wright and Elizabeth Strenge will officiate. Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Friday at Celebration Lutheran Church and after 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the church. Arrangements are being made by Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.

Sarah J. Fitzthum was born on August 2, 1983. She grew up in Sartell and graduated from Sartell H.S. in 2001. She attended NDSU and graduated in 2007. Sarah had a passion for sports and loved both playing and watching, especially football. She also loved animals and helping out those less fortunate. She will be remembered for her smile, contagious laugh and willingness to help others. The cabin was a special place for her to enjoy the outdoors! She went on many mission trips with the church youth group and touched many lives. Sarah will be dearly missed by her parents, Rhonda and Lynn Fitzthum of Sartell; brothers, Matthew of Eden Prairie and Ryan (Cindy) of Sartell; grandparents, Phyllis Comstock of Eagle Grove, IA, Marvin and Elaine Fitzthum of Rochester; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Bob Comstock; and cousin, Brooke Daniels.
