KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Vallie J. Berg, 89, of Kissimmee died Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2001. Vallie was born in Thor, Iowa, and moved to Kissimmee in 1980. She was a retired missionary with The World Mission Prayer League in India. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Survivors include husband, the Rev. Alvin C. Berg of Kissimmee brothers, Elzie Ulrey of Rockford and Donald Ulrey of Winnebago sisters, Cleora Vance of Rockford and Roberta Bisgard of Phoenix, Ariz.

Services at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, in Good Samaritan Community Church, with Peter J. Zeig of Trinity Lutheran Church in Kissimmee, the Rev. Keith Copeland and the Rev. Timothy Nordstrom of Good Samaritan Community, officiating. Burial in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fla. Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home, 511 Emmett St., Kissimmee, completed the arrangements.
