Timothy George Fenchel, 47, Belmond, died October 18, 2008 at the Belmond Medical Center. Private graveside services will be Saturday, November 1 in Strawberry Point. A public memorial service will be held in Belmond at a date to yet be determined. Tim was a resident of the Krysilis group homes in Belmond and Clarion for 16 years. His family is so thankful for the wonderful and compassionate care he received from his "Krysilis family". He will be remembered by his family and his "Krysilis family" for his unique personality and always keeping them on their toes with his wit and behavior. Those who crossed his path will never forget the interesting adventures and happenings that may have come about when you were around Tim. He was preceded in death by his father George Fenchel; brother Kurt Fenchel; and infant niece Faith Fenton. Tim is survived by his mother Phyllis Fenchel of Strawberry Point; sister Sue (Eldon) Fenton of Strawberry Point; sister Julie (Doug) Sorensen of Manly; sister Kathy (Dennis) McNeal of Ossian; brother Mark (Dar) Fenchel of Hull; ten nieces and nephews; and two great nieces and nephews.
