Robert "Kosh" Meinders, 48, Yuma, Ariz., died March 23, 2008 in Yuma. Kosh was born July 12, 2008 in Belmond. He was a 1977 graduate of Clarion High School and has lived in and was an employee of the city of Yuma, Ariz. for the past 22 years.

Kosh is survived by his wife, Susan (Weir) Meinders of Yuma; and children, Jaymie (17), and Jacob (7). Other survivors include his parents, Adolph and Rose Meinders of Clarion; mother-in-law, Karen Weir and special friend Ray Lawson of Webster City; sisters, Thea Chambers and LeAnn Hubbard, and brothers Rick, Ardell and Dean Meinders. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and father-in-law, Fritz Weir.

Friends and family are invited to a service in his memory on Saturday, July 19 at 10:30 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Clarion.
