CLARION — Mary C. Shadbolt, 86, died Tuesday (March 10, 1998) at the Clarion Health Care Center. Her body has been cremated and burial of the ashes will be in the spring by the family. No services are scheduled at this time. Willim Funeral Home, Clarion, is in charge of arrangements.

Mary Catherine Shadbolt was born March 20, 1911, near Lehigh to Leo and Ona (Wilson) Cahill. She is survived by her daughter, Joan Burt, Galt; one grandson, one granddaughter; two great-grandsons, and one sister, Evelyn Crouse, Fort Dodge. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy; her brother, Leo Cahill; and her sister Sadie Duckett.
