William Bond, 92, Dallas, Wis., died May 24, 1993, in a Dallas hospital. A memorial service will be held July 7 at Almont Lutheran Church. Mr. Bond was born June 7, 1900, in Belmond, Iowa, to William and Elise (Grott) Bond. He married Selma Neas in 1965 in North Dakota. He was a cattle rancher near Almont before moving to Chetek. He has lived in Dallas for six years. He is survived by; his wife, Selma; two daughters, Mrs. Don (Marion) Shannon, Almont, and Mrs. Owen (Virginia) Landon, West Port, Conn.; one son, Richard, Almont; one sister, Ruth Wolle, Minneapolis; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ermine; two sons, Roger and Anthony; and his parents.
