Forrest Allen Denger, 61, of Dows died at the Clarion Hospital on June 5, 1984. He was born September 1, 1922 in Iowa Falls, but was raised and educated in Dows. He married Marcella Korth May 28, 1944 after which they farmed south of Dows until moving into town in 1981. Survivors include his wife, Marcella; two daughters, Mrs. James (Jean) Ritter, Dows, and Mrs. Anthony (Marjorie) Johnson, Afton; a sister, Mrs. Willis (Patricia) Muhlenbruch, Dows; a brother, Faye Denger, Clarion, and two grandchildren. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Dows.
