DOWS - Ione D. Foust, 83, died Monday (Oct. 30, 2000) at Community Memorial Hospital in Clarion. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at United Methodist Church, Dows, with the Rev. Tony Hershey officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Dows. Visitation will be held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. today at Willim Funeral Home, Clarion.
