CLARION - Virginia L. Ballantine, 74, of Clarion, died Tuesday (Nov. 16, 1999) at her home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the United Methodist Church with the Rev. Charles Kellogg officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Willim Funeral Home, 602 North Main St., Clarion.
