Olive Lena Miller, 84, Ada, died Tuesday, July 31, 1990, in the Ada Municipal Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Faith United Church, Ada Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m., with a 7:30 p.m. prayer service, today in Fredrikson Funeral Home, Ada.

Olive Lena Loobey was born Nov. 30, 1905, in Goldfield, Iowa, the daughter of Edward and Lena Loobey. She moved with her family to Spring Creek, Township, Norman County, Minn., near Ada where she graduated from high school in 1924. She also attended Normal School in Ada. On Sept. 9, 1925, she married Claris Miller in Ada. They farmed near Ada until retiring in 1968. Claris Miller died July 7, 1976.

Survivors are her daughters, Verona (Mrs. Robert) Skalsky, Ada, Maxine McLain, Pamona, Calif., six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, sisters, Neva Iverson, Mission Hills, Calif., Madge Hunt, Webster City, Iowa, and Shirley (Mrs. Roy) Davis, Odessa, Texas. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Eldon, and brothers, Otis, Leo, Maurice, Donald, and Arthur.
