CLARION — Delia L. Rayl, 83 of Clarion, died Wednesday at the Dows Care Center, Dows. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at the chapel at Eyler-Wfllim Funeral Home, Clarion, with the Rev. Jerald Swanberg officiating. Burial is in Graceland Cemetery, Rowan. Visitation is after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home. Survivors include daughters, Frances Tegland, Belmond, . and Marilyn Schultz, Des Moines; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and brothers, Harold Bayliss, Belmond, and Gilbert Bayliss, Salem, Ore.

Delia Bayliss was born in 1907 at Belmond, where she was educated. She married Edward Rayl in 1924 in Clarion. They fanned north of Rowan and in 1941, moved to Clarion. In 1989, she moved into the Dows Care Center.
