ABEL LARSON, 89, SUCCUMBS
Retired Farmer's Rites to Be Held at Eagle Grove Church

EAGLE GROVE—Abel O. Larson, 89, retired farmer, died Sunday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Caroline Larson. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Wednesday, at the East Side Lutheran church, Eagle Grove, in charge of the Rev. T. J. Severtson. Burial will be made by Wilson, in Rose Hill cemetery, Eagle Grove. Surviving are seven daughters and four sons: Mrs. Bessie Hanson, Forest City; Mrs. Selma and Mrs. Ida Thompson, Goldfield; Clara Hanson and Sylvia Larson, Texas; Mrs. Ovida Teems, Valdosta, Ga. and Mrs. Caroline Larson, Eagle Grove; Otis and Peter Larson, Cherokee, and Alvin and Gerhard Larson, Kanawha. Also surviving are one brother, Larson Beisness, of Pequot Lakes, Minn., 20 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Six grandchildren officiated as pallbearers. He was born in Norway.
