Mrs. Cora C. DAAKE, 82, former resident of 520 Madison street, Rochester, Indiana, died at 12:30 a.m. Sunday in Woodlawn hospital where she had been a patient one week. She was born Dec. 6, 1892, in Nebraska to John and Emma WILSON. Her marriage was Aug. 25, 1915, in Newton, Ia. to Paul J. DAAKE. He died in 1963. She has resided here since 1948, moving from Eagle Grove, Ia. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist church in Rochester, a 50-year member of the Rebekah lodge and the Order of Eastern Star, both in Iowa.

Surviving are one son, Robert E. DAAKE, R.R. 5, Rochester; one granddaughter, Dana DAAKE, and one grandson, David DAAKE, both of Rochester; one sister, Mrs. Henry (Iva) LONNING, of Mesa, Ariz.; two brothers, Philip WILSON, Lakeland, Fla., and Lewis [WILSON], Eagle Grove, Ia.; several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Foster & Good funeral home. The Rev. E. Robert HECKMAN will officiate. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery here. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today. Memorials other than flowers may be made to the American Cancer Society.
