EAGLE GROVE - Marlin 'Slim' Carl Pietsch passed away on Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002, at the VA Hospital in Des Moines, at the age of 78 years. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 3, 2002, at 2 p.m. at the Samuel Lutheran Church in Eagle Grove. Visitation will be held today from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Foust Funeral Home in Eagle Grove.
