Henry H. Curley, 87, of Sheffield, Illinois died Wednesday, June 1, 1994, at Oakwood Health Care Center in Kewanee. Born March 15, 1907, in Eagle Grove, Iowa, to Elmer and Eva Belle Fox Curley, he married Lola Smith on Oct. 17, 1942, in Kahoka, Mo. She survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Jerry (Carol) Johnson of Kewanee, Mrs. LeRoy (Mary) Petty of Chicago and Mrs. William (Sandra) Fleming of Muscatine, Iowa; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Two sisters, two brothers and one grandson preceded him in death.

He graduated from Coyne Institute in Chicago in 1935. He was a papercutter at Dietzgen Corp. in Chicago for 21 years, retiring in 1971. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Home in Sheffield, where visitation will be one hour earlier. Burial will be in Sheffield Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Sheffield Rescue Unit.
