EX-SOX PLAYER ROY WILSON, 73, DIES IN IOWA

Clarion, Ia., Dec. 3 (UPI) -- Clarion Mayor Roy Wilson, a former major league baseball player, died today at his home. Wilson, 73, had been ill for several day because of food poisoning but was reported recovering, and had worked at his office this week. He had served as mayor for four years. Wilson had played professional baseball for the Chicago White Sox and Detroit Tigers.
