Arthur E. Weber, 75, died yesterday in his home, 229 S. First st., Geneva. He had lived in Geneva since his retirement 12 years ago as president of a bank in Clarion, Ia. He leaves his widow, Agnes, a son, Nicholas F., and a daughter, Isabel. Services will be held tomorrow in Clarion.
