Services Held for Mrs. K. Rogerson

Mrs. Katherine Laird Rogerson, 68, died Saturday morning at the Rotary Ann Home in Eagle Grove where she had been a patient in the infirmary for ten days. Funeral services were held at 10 a. m. Monday at Sacred Heart Church with the Rev. J. J. Brickly officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery. Rosary services were held at 8:30 p. m. Sunday at the Kastler-Babcock Funeral Home.

Surviving are two daughters. Mrs. John Deimerly, Clarion, and Mrs. Brent Vieths, Hawley, Minn.; 10 grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Ray Thorpe, Clarion. Born in Eagle Grove, Mrs. Rogerson attended school here. Prior to her marriage she was employed as a secretary in the Farmers Cooperative Elevator office. In 1922 she married Thomas L. Rogerson who died in 1951. Until three years ago she worked for the Paine Insurance Agency and had been a secretary at McGrath law office. Mrs. Rogerson was a member of Sacred Heart Church and the Catholic Daughters of America.
