John M. Otteros, 95, of Williams, died Tuesday (Aug. 15, 1995) at the Hampton Healthcare Center. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at the Willim Funeral Home, Clarion, with the Rev. Glenn Kappelman of Vernon Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in the Vernon Township Cemetery, rural Dows. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until time of service on Thursday at the Willim Funeral Home, Clarion. John M. Otteros was born June 3, 1900, in Bergen, Norway. Survivors include three sisters-in-law and 11 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and three sisters.
