CLARION - Bernadine L. Whipple, 74, died Monday (Oct. 2, 2000) at Des Moines General Hospital. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at United Presbyterian Church in Goldfield with the Rev. Ellen G. Brantley officiating. A private family burial will be held at the Holmes Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. today at Willim Funeral Home in Clarion with the family present. Willim Funeral Home.
