THOMPSON FUNERAL HELD

Thomas Thompson, 65, of Des Moines, formerly of Eagle Grove died Saturday at Veteran's Hospital, Iowa City. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Evangelical Lutheran Church, in charge of the Pastor Reverend Marvin Berkeland. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Rosemary Ferguson, Des Moines, two brothers, Melbourne of Creston, Iowa and Leonard, Eagle Grove, one sister Mrs. Selma Kavnaugh, Burbank, CA and two grandchildren. He was a conductor for the Rock Island Railroad.
