Lennox, SD - Garreld Sandman, Lennox, 90, died Thursday afternoon, May 17, 2007, at the Lennox Good Samaritan Center. He was born November 15, 1916 at Belmond, IA. In 1939, he married Adeline Rippentrop. They farmed near Tea and he worked for John Morrell for 25 years. He was a member of Living Hope Community Church in Tea. He loved gardening and sharing his garden produce.

Survivors include a son, Gary (Gloria) Sandman, Sioux Falls; a daughter, Linda (Gene) Plucker, Canistota; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 21, at Living Hope Community Church in Tea, SD. Visitation for the public will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at Dindot-Klusmann Funeral Home in Lennox, with the family present to greet friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
