Mary Elizabeth Hildebrand, 94, of Belmond, died Wednesday (Jan. 17, 1996) at the Belmond Healthcare Center. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the United Church of Christ Congregational Church, with the Rev. William Mulford officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday at Ewing Funeral Home, Belmond, and one hour prior to services at the church.

Mary Elizabeth Hildebrand was born Jan. 18, 1901, in Washington, Iowa. Survivors include one son, Gordon Hildebrand of Belmond; one sister, Helen Guenther of Britt; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by his parents, husband, one brother and one sister.
