Mrs. Lenora C. Lohr, 87, 1223 N. 8th St., died Thursday evening (Nov. 30th 1978) at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. & Mrs. Calvin Woods, 1029 N. 22nd St. Mrs. Lohr had been ill for about a month. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Bruce Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Harold W. Dellit, pastor and the Rev. Otis McQuary, minister of visitation, both of the First United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Friday.

Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Calvin (Veva) Jones; Mrs. Calvin (Doris) Woods, both of Fort Dodge; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Mrs. C. V. Chalstrom, Fort Dodge; Lloyd Hutchinson, Kellogg; Mrs. Ralph Faircloth, Marshalltown, Elmer Hutchinson, Eagle Grove; and Mrs. Clarence Bergeson, Whittemore.

Lenora Hutchinson was born at Lynnville and as a girl moved with her family to Kellogg where she attend school and graduated from High School. She married Albert E. Lohr in 1915 in Webster City. The couple lived for a short time at Hubbard and moved to Fort Dodge in 1916. They made their home in Fort Dodge with the exception of three years when they moved to Trion, Ga., returning to Fort Dodge in 1939. Mr. Lohr had been credit manager with Marso-Roderborn Company, gloves division. He continued to work for Riegal after returning to Fort Dodge. Mr. Lohr died in 1976. Mrs. Lohr lived in her own home before becoming ill. Mrs. Lohr was a member of the First United Methodist Church; Aurora Chapter No. 311, Order of Eastern star; Olive Shrine no. 15, White Shrine of Jerusalem; the Mentor Club and the Fort Dodge Women's Club.
