Agnes Mabel Mortz Rochet
August 3, 1876 -- September 7, 1965

Mrs. Rochet, 79, a longtime resident of the Woolstock community, died at her home in Woolstock. He had been in failing health several years. Agnes, daughter of John and Serina Mortz, was born on a farm in Kossuth county near Cylinder, Iowa (Palo Alto Co.). She was reared and educated in that community. She was united in marriage to Eugene Rochet and the couple moved to Woolstock where Mr. Rochet was engaged in the building-constracting business. She is survived by two daughters, Louise R. Rochet of Woolstock and Mrs. Barbara Wood of Walker, Minn.; two grandchildren, Tanjla Rae and Brett Joel Wood; and one sister, Mrs. Morris Randall of Minot, N.D. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sept 7, 1939, one son who died in infancy, one daughter who died at the age of 7 years, her parents, 5 sisters and 2 brothers. Burial, Woolstock Cemetery, Woolstock, Iowa.
