A funeral for Donald Ray Wyborny of Mountain Home, Arkansas will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Kirby & Family Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel with the Rev. Siegfried Johnson officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Kirby & Family Funeral & Cremation Services. Mr. Wyborny died Wednesday, March 8, 2007, at Hospice House at age 88.

He was born March 28, 1918, at Mason City, Iowa, to Edward and Lulu Witham Wyborny. On July 16, 1941, he married Lucile Nelson at Plymouth, Iowa. He farmed, operated an implement shop and, the last 15 years before retirement, was service manager and pilot for Hagie Manufacturing of Clarion, Iowa. He was an avid fisherman and gardener. His family was very important to him.

He is survived by his wife, Lucile, of Mountain Home; two daughters, Ginny Blakely of Mountain Home and Ronda Condie and husband, Tom, of Wellsville, Utah; one son, Paul Wyborny of Hodgen, Okla.; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one brother, Kenneth Wyborny and wife, Edna, of Houston. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and four sisters-in-law. Burial will be at Plymouth Cemetery in Plymouth, Iowa. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church Music Department. Arrangements are by Kirby & Family Funeral & Cremation Services.
