William "Bill" W. Aldrich, 72, of Belmond, died Friday (March 8, 1996) at the Kanawha Community Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Tenold Funeral Chapel, Belmond, with the Rev. JoAn Lent Skyrme of the United Church of Rowan, officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery, Rowan. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral chapel.

William W. Aldrich was born Feb. 17, 1924, near Belmond. Survivors include one brother, Dan Aldrich, Escondido, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother.
