Elizabeth Berg, 91, formerly of Rock Island, died Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2005, at Sheridan Health Care Center, Zion, Ill. Services are 12:30 p.m. Monday at Larson, Rock Island. Burial is in National Cemetery, Arsenal Island. A wake is 11-12:30 p.m., just prior to the service. She was born Aug. 6, 1914, in Goldfield, Iowa, to Johannes and Elizabeth Schnell. She married Kenneth Berg on Sept. 12, 1942. Survivors are sons, Robert Lenning, Orion, Kenneth, Fox River Grove, Ill.; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
