Willis O. ``Bill'' Skiye, 81, of Belmond, formerly of Eagle Grove, died Tuesday (Oct. 8, 1996) at the Belmond Health Care Center. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Willim Funeral Home, Eagle Grove, with the Rev. Carlton Shaw of Samuel Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Willim Funeral Home, Eagle Grove. Willis O. Skiye was born March 29, 1915, in Humboldt County. Survivors include two daughters, Marlene Harty of Necadah, Wis., and Sandy Stokke of Bloomington, Minn.; two sons, Gary of Belmond and Duane of Sun Rise Beach, Mo.; 16 grandchildren; 27 great- grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and one brother Hilman of Webster City. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one sister and one infant daughter.
