Forever Girl: Her Savored Moments by Laona Goater, published 2002.

About the Book- Still suffering from rejection by her husband after fifteen years of marriage, Lindy, a mother of a teenager is challenged both financially and spiritually. Interwoven with the daily family lives of an elderly mother and aunt, as well as a growing, new business (an antique shop), Lindy does not want to accept the charming man who pops into her life. Hal, having served his country in the U.S. Navy for eighteen years, now retired, gives Lindy an old-fashioned "courting" experience that many women of today, regardless of age, would envy. The disposition of Hal's unmarried aunt's estate, not only brings these two together, but also is a fun and intriguing part of the story. The story involves four generations of a family to whom life is warm and witty as well as tragic. Their spiritual sharing is down to earth, while at the same time, values truth through God, and is such an integral part of their enjoyment of every day life . . . albeit within our Lord Jesus' guidelines. Forever Girl is a love story of life and living.
