SERVICES FOR FARMER HELD

William Rompf, 63, Eagle Grove, Dies; Burial in Rose Hill

EAGLE GROVE-Funeral services for William Rompf, 63, prominent farmer, who died Wednesday at his home here, were held at the Wilson chapel, Saturday in charge of the Rev. J. R. Tumbleson of the Methodist church. Pallbearers were: Webb and Walter James, David Grandgeorge, Ed Davis, Russell Smith and Carl Groves. Burial was made in Rose Hill cemetery. Surviving are a daughter, Marjorie, a student in Drake University, and one son, Wilmer, a junior in Eagle Grove high school. One brother, Henry, living at Marion also survives.
