ADA BLANCHE WADSWORTH, 96, a retired musician, died Saturday at Cathedral Village in Roxborough, Pennsylvania where she had lived since 1980. Miss Wadsworth was born in Goldfield, Iowa, graduated from Des Moines University, and earned a degree in Christian education at the Biblical Seminary in New York City. She worked in music throughout her life. She was a children's worker in music with the New York City Baptist Missionary Society, and later was an organist and choirmaster in New York City and in California. She moved to the Philadelphia area after retiring in 1974. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church of Germantown.

Survivors: a brother, Lincoln, and sister, Evelyn Slocum. Services: graveside, 10 a.m. tomorrow, the Cemetery of the Baptist Church in the Great Valley, Valley Forge Road, Devon; memorial, 2 p.m. Saturday, Cathedral Village, 600 E. Cathedral Rd., Roxborough.
