Margaret N. Lewis, 79, a retired nurse, died July 6, 1992, in a hospital. Mrs. Lewis was born in Eagle Grove, Iowa. She was the widow of James G. Lewis and was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church. She was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include a stepdaughter, Joanne Wood of Arizona; and a sister, Violet M. Bates of Fort Dodge, Iowa. The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Jeremy Galloway and the Rev. G. Raymond Bodie Jr. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel.
