Rachel Anne Brown, 54, of Manteca [CA] died Sunday at her home. Mrs. Brown was a native of Eagle Grove, Iowa. She lived in Manteca 28 years. She was an employee of Tipton's Stationery Store and Gifts for more than 20 years. She is survived by her children, Glyen I. Brown III, Tracy Brown and Stacy Pettibone, all of Sacramento, and Jennifer Brown of Manteca; brother, Roger Rodway of Sacramento; sister, Rosemary Downing of Englewood, Colo.; and three grandchildren. P.L. Fry & Son Chapel in charge of arrangements.
