VALIER - Dorothy (Nelson) Wollan Chausse, 94, died of natural causes Tuesday at a Conrad hospital. A memorial service will be held this fall. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Day Family Funeral Home, Valier Chapel. Survivors include a son, Owen Wollam of Tempe, Ariz. and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leo Wollam, in 1968 and by her second husband, Mervin Chausse, in 1998. Dorothy was born Jan. 7, 1907, in Dows, Iowa. She attended Bullhead Grade School and Valier High School. She married Leo Wollam in 1926 he died in 1968. She married Mervin Chausse in Tempe, Ariz., in 1973 he died in 1998.She enjoyed interior decorating, sewing, braiding rugs, traveling, cats and gardening.
