BEULAH J. STOUT, 77, died Wednesday at Parkview Hospital. Born in Dows, Iowa, she was a homemaker. Surviving are a daughter, Pamela J. Tribolet of Fort Wayne; two sisters, Erma Redding of Bluffton and Avon Stephens of Lake Placid, Fla.; and a granddaughter, Courtney B. Tribolet. Her husband, Clyde, died in 1994. Chapel service at 10 a.m. Saturday at Gardens of Memory, Marion. Memorials to Make-A-Wish of Indiana Inc., Bank One. Arrangements by D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road.
