Lila Jackson - Spokane
No service will be held for Lila E. Jackson, 101, at her request. Riplinger Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Jackson, who was born in Dows, Iowa, died Wednesday. She was a graduate of Grandview High School in Grandview, Wash., and Cheney Normal School. She later taught school in Goldendale and Mabton, Wash., Walla Walla and Spokane. Mrs. Jackson was a member of the Grandmothers of Washington and American Association of Retired Persons. Her husband, Mark, preceded her in death in 1963. Survivors include a son, Allen Jackson of Spokane; and a granddaughter. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
