ROCK ISLAND, IL -- Services for Edith V. Fatland, Rock Island, will be 3 p.m. Friday at Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove, Iowa. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Wheelan Funeral Home, Rock Island. Miss Fatland died Monday, Dec. 9, 2002, at St. Anthony's Continuing Care Center, Rock Island. She was employed as a bookkeeper and retired from the former Freeman-Glickman Furniture Store, Davenport. She was born March 19, 1924, in Eagle Grove. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Survivors include a sister, Jane Wildman, Rock Island.
