Mrs. B.M. Mandsager (59) of Fertile died at a Mason City hospital on June 6, 1933. She had lived east of Lake Mills near the Bristol church before moving to Fertile.

Surviving are her children Mrs. Mabel Orvik, Hanlontown; Mrs. Anna Williams, Lorenz; and Ivan, Minneota, MN; Mrs. Emma Jager and Alfred M. of Los Angeles, CA; and Thay Rosenqvist, daughter of the Rev. & Mrs. H. Rosenqvist; 8 grandchildren; three sisters, one in Norway, one in Goldfield, Iowa;12 brothers in the west.

Ingeborg Jensen was born January 11, 1874 at Adda, Hardanger, Norway. She was baptized and confirmed in the State Church of Norway. Her parents were Anders Jensen and Ingeborg Trondsen. She came to Thor, Iowa in the spring of 1892 and married Baard M. Mandsager of Thor. They lived there until 1919 when they moved to Joice. The funeral and burial were at Bristol, with the Rev. Rosenqvist officiating.
