Donna D. Robertson, 74, Belmond died September 12, 2006 at the Belmond Health Care Center. Services were held September 15 at Dugger Ewing Funeral Home in Belmond with Father Christopher Podhajsky officiating. Inurnment was in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery near Belmond.

Donna Darlene, the daughter of Leo and Helen Kelly Dorr, was born July 14, 1932 in Oxford Junction, Iowa. At an early age Donna moved with her family to Belmond where she graduated with the class of 1950. On September 1, 1950 Donna married David Robertson in Goldfield, and they made their home in Belmond where they raised their family. Donna was manager of the state liquor store in Belmond for 22 years. Following retirement she devoted herself to caring for her family. She was a very loving person and was always there for people. Donna was a great cook and enjoyed gardening, fishing and doing crafts, especially stitching plastic canvas. She was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Kathy; great-grandson Brandon Hanse; brother Eugene; and sister Colleen Walrod. Donna is survived by her husband of Belmond; daughter Rhonda (Marvin) Winther of Humboldt; son Kenneth (Teri) Robertson of Belmond; grandchildren David Hanse, Rochelle Winther, Penny Winther, Joshua Robertson, Jeremy Robertson, Joseph Robertson; five great-grandchildren; and brothers Leo Dorr, Jr. (Kathy) of Iowa Falls and David (Wanda) Dorr of Belmond.
