Arletta Helen Busse, 83, of Clarion, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2005 at the Wright Medical Center in Clarion. A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 11, at 2:00 p.m., at the First Lutheran Church in Clarion. Family and friends are invited.

Arletta Helen Leege was born January 9, 1922, the daughter of Albert and Sophia Leege. She was raised on a farm near Lytton, graduating from high school in 1939. In 1946, while attending Wartburg College in Waverly, she met Wilbert Busse. They were married February 25, 1947. Arletta and Wilbert relocated to Clarion in 1951. Wilbert owned an electrical business and both were active members of the First Lutheran Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Paula Kae Busse-Barnett and Charlotte Busse. Arletta was preceded in death by her parents in 1957: and husband, Wilbert in 2002.
