Grace Stearns, 95, died March 28, 2002 at the Sogge Care Center in Windom, Minnesota. The Stearns family moved to Belmond in 1947 when Mr. Stearns worked for Thompson Hybrid. Survivors are a son, Charles Stearns, and a daughter, Muriel Knapp, both of Bella Vista, Arkansas; Ardys Loyd of Long Beach, California; and Norma Bohman of Alexander.
