Dorothy M. Higgins, 83, Belmond, died July 11 at the Belmond Care Center. Services will be held July 14 at 1:30 p.m. at St. John Lutheran Church in Belmond with burial in the St. Olaf Cemetery. Visitation will be held July 13 from 4-7 p.m. at Tenold Funeral Home and at the church one hour prior to services.
