Marcus Bradley Kopps, 44, of Eagle Grove, died Thursday, December 18, 2003 at Iowa City Hospitals. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 30th at the Church of the Nazarene in Clarion. Rev. Tony Sollazzo will officiate at the 1:30 p.m. service. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Clarion, at a later date. Marcus was born and raised in Clarion. He attended North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City and Iowa State University, Ames. Survivors include his mother, Margaret of Clarion; one brother, Jeff of Monterey, California; one sister, Vicki of Webster City; one niece and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his father, William J. Kopps in 1980.
