Audrey Darlene Borths, 68, of Necedah, died Thursday, May 6, 2004 at her home.

There will be no visitation or formal services. Mrs. Borths was born March 8, 1936, in Belmond, Iowa, to Darwin and Violet Bode. She married Russell Borths on Aug. 24, 1968. Survivors include her husband of Necedah; her mother of Clarion, Iowa; her children, Rick (Deb) Withers of Eagle Grove, Iowa, Sherry Adcock (Steven) of Somerville, Ala., Nylene Howell (Charles) of Mauston, Guy (Jen) Withers of Necedah, Darwin (Mary) Withers of Sparta, Jerry (Michelle) Withers of Nekoosa, and Jeff Borths, Russell (Fay) Borths, Donald (Jill) Borths and Theresa Borths (Tony), all of Necedah; 29 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; sisters, Ellen (Dale) Brobst and LuCretia (Brian) Peterson), both of Necedah, Cindy Espeseth of Clarion, Kaye Roelofsen of Algona, Iowa; and brother, Dan Bode of Goldfield, Iowa. Roseberry's Funeral Home & Crematory of Friendship is assisting the family.
