Wilfred "Willie" Buhr, 63, Bradenton, died Nov. 8, 2001. He was born Dec. 22, 1937, in Elma, Iowa, and came to Bradenton in May from Goldfield, Iowa. He was self-employed in the tree service business. He was a Protestant. Survivors include his former wife, Deon; daughters Michelle Peters and Monique, both of Bradenton; a son, Mark of Jefferson, Md.; a stepson, Lanny Lentz of Bradenton; sisters LaVonne Holman of Cassville, Mo., and Pamela Lewis of Goldfield, Iowa; brothers Weldon and Dallas, both of Eagle Grove, Iowa, and DeWayne of Manning, Iowa; Allan of Spirit Lake, Iowa, and Ivan of Jackson, Minn.; 11 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, with a service to follow at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, Mansion Chapel. Burial will be at Mansion Memorial Park in Ellenton. Memorial donations may be made to Camp Tracy, c/o Bible Baptist Church, 2113 Morgan Johnson Road, Bradenton, FL 34208.
