William Walter Wilkin, born in Eagle Grove, Iowa, passed away on January 29, 2005. He worked as a principal of many elementary schools in Denver, Colorado. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Loretta Wilkin of Parachute, Colorado; two daughters: Janet (Meeche) Bodner and husband Dave of Moab, Utah and their two daughters Laely Heron of San Francisco, California and Aimee Lorenzen and her son Evan of Denver, Colorado; Jeanne and her husband Tim Arnett and their daughter Colette Arnett of New Castle, Colorado; and Lyele Arnett of Ft. Knox, Kentucky. All of Bill's family have preceded him in death. The family will have the services at Farnum-Holt Funeral home at 405 W. 7th St. in Glenwood Springs, Colorado on Wednesday, February 2, 2005 at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Battlement Mesa, Colorado. A family dinner will be served after the service.
