Roberta G. "Sue" McKinniss, 63, of Morrow died Monday, Jan. 9, 2006. She was born Oct. 21, 1942, in Belmond, Iowa, to Homer and Gladys Trooien Wicks. She worked at and managed Country Lane Liquor from 1986-1999. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter and a stepdaughter. Survivors include her husband, Mick McKinniss of the home; a son, Harold Hanus of Denver; three daughters, Candy Hanus of Goldfield, Iowa, Debra Hanus of Lincoln and Cindy Lawrence of Wesley; four stepdaughters, Kelly Johnson of Jamestown, Ohio, Collen Curry of Sabina, Ohio, Lisa Canup of Elm Springs and Karen Kimble of Minden, La.; a brother, Robert Wicks of Warrenton, Va.; four sisters, Camila A. Kosax of Marshalltown, Iowa, Betty Lou Brenneman of Kalona, Iowa, Shiela Young of Eagle Grove, Iowa, and Sharon Flaws of Webster City, Iowa; 23 grandchildren and stepgrandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren. Memorial services will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday at Morrow United Methodist Church with burial in the Kingfisher Cemetery in Kingfisher, Okla.
